All enquiries relating to purchases, returns and complaints must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

We respond to enquiries on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

Enquiries received during weekends and public holidays will be answered on the next working day.

1.1 Contract Basis and Age Requirement

To place an order at Luksustasker.dk, you must be at least 18 years old.

All purchase agreements are concluded in Danish (or English if using the English version of the website).

A legally binding agreement is considered formed once you have received an order confirmation by e-mail.

Your payment will not be charged until your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse.

1.2 Unique Character and Condition of Goods

• Almost like new – Hardly used and appears as new.

• Excellent condition – Lightly used but very well maintained.

• Beautiful and well-maintained – Shows natural, gentle signs of use yet remains both beautiful and fully functional.

• Used with care – Noticeable but expected signs of wear. Well cared for, with no damage or defects.

We prioritise honesty, transparency and buyer confidence.

Therefore, all items are presented with clear, detailed written descriptions and high-resolution, true-to-life images.

Any patina, wear, ageing marks or minor cosmetic imperfections are always disclosed.

Gift cards (digital or physical) are not subject to the unique product rule and may be purchased at any time.

If a unique product is sold simultaneously online and in the showroom, the order will be cancelled and the full payment refunded.

1.3 Inventory Updates

Our stock is updated continuously.

If an item becomes sold out whilst you are finalising your purchase, it may be automatically removed from your basket.

2. Disclaimer for Errors, Misuse, and Technical Issues

We reserve the right for potential errors, including but not limited to typing errors, pricing inaccuracies, incorrect product descriptions, image discrepancies or technical failures on the website.

In cases of suspected misuse, fraud, unauthorised activity or security concerns, we reserve the right to cancel the order and contact the payment provider.

If an error is identified after an order has been placed (e.g. incorrect price or stock status), we will contact you immediately to obtain your confirmation or issue a full refund.

We always strive to ensure that all published information is accurate, updated and reliable.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in Danish kroner (DKK).

For pre-loved items, including handbags, we apply the Danish second-hand VAT margin scheme (brugtmoms) in accordance with Danish VAT law.

This means VAT is calculated only on the seller’s profit margin and therefore cannot be itemised, deducted or reclaimed, and will not appear separately on the invoice.

The displayed price is final, and no additional VAT will be added.

Gift cards may be used for the purchase of pre-loved handbags.

As gift cards can only be redeemed on products covered by the margin scheme, VAT is not added to the purchase of gift cards.

VAT is applied only at the time of redemption, following margin scheme rules.

Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only.

Payment is always processed in DKK, based on the exchange rate determined by your payment provider.

We reserve the right to change prices, product listings and stock availability without prior notice.

Errors, discontinued products or changes in availability are excepted.

For international purchases, your bank or card issuer may apply exchange or usage fees, for which we retain no responsibility.

4. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal (incl. buyer protection according to PayPal’s own policy)

• Anyday – pay in 4, 6, 8 or 10 instalments

• 4 instalments available interest- and fee-free (according to Anyday’s terms)

• Klarna – pay now, pay later or pay in instalments (see Klarna’s terms, interest & fees)

• Bank transfer (upon agreement)

• Business invoice payments (upon agreement)

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway Frisbii / Reepay, in collaboration with authorised acquirers Clearhaus.

We never store your payment card details.

Transactions are protected using SSL encryption, 3D Secure, PSD2 compliance and MitID two-factor authentication.

Your account will only be charged once the order has been packed and dispatched.

When using Klarna or Anyday, you enter a separate financial agreement with the provider, who may conduct a credit assessment.

Once your purchase has been completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

5. Delivery

We dispatch all orders from our Aalborg warehouse within 24 hours on weekdays.

All items within the same order are shipped together, unless otherwise agreed.

All shipments include Track & Trace and are fully insured until delivered.

In the event of damage or loss, we cover the full amount and contact the carrier on your behalf.

5.3 Customs and Duties (Outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU are sent without Danish VAT.

All required customs documentation (CN22 or CN23) is included.

Local import VAT, customs clearance fees and duties are the responsibility of the customer and will be collected by local authorities upon arrival.

We are not responsible for customs delays and do not reimburse customs charges for returned items originating from outside the EU.

5.4 Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s retention period and is returned to us, the customer must cover the cost of reshipment.

An order is considered delivered once the goods have been delivered to the agreed delivery address or pick-up location, based on the method selected at checkout.

7. Gift Cards

We offer both digital and physical gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and may be used towards the purchase of pre-loved items available at Luksustasker.dk, both online and in the showroom.

Gift cards may be redeemed:

• against the full or partial value of purchases

• including discounted or promotional items

If the full value is not used in a single order, the remaining balance is retained automatically for future use.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

Gift cards purchased as gifts are subject to the same terms and conditions.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 + 14 Days)

You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to withdraw (cancel) your purchase, followed by an additional 14 days to return the item.

The withdrawal period begins on the day that you, or a person authorised by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the item.

8.1 Return Conditions

To qualify for a valid return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received

• If the item shows usage beyond normal inspection, a reasonable deduction may be applied to cover the loss in resale value

• All original accessories (e.g. dust bag, receipt, authenticity card, documentation) must be included

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns must be notified in writing via e-mail before shipping

• Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted

If depreciation has occurred as a result of inappropriate use, we reserve the right to deduct a fair amount corresponding to the loss in commercial value.

8.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items that have been used, altered, or treated.

• Items returned without essential accessories or documentation

• Gift cards.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 working days following approval of the return (up to 7 during peak periods).

Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Partial returns will result in a refund for only the returned item(s).

We do not refund customs, import VAT or duties for returns from non-EU countries.

We may withhold the refund until we have either received the returned item or received acceptable proof of dispatch (Track & Trace), whichever occurs first.

9. Warranty (2 Years)

A 2-year statutory warranty is provided under Danish consumer law.

Customers must notify us of any defect within a reasonable time after it is discovered. Notifications made within 2 months are always considered timely.

The warranty does not cover:

• normal wear and tear

• natural patina or ageing

• expected usage marks

If the complaint is legitimate, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs and may choose one of the following remedies:

• repair

• replacement

• price reduction

• full refund

The warranty becomes void if the product has been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than Luksustasker.dk without written consent.

10. Pre-Loved Items and Authenticity

All handbags are authentic and verified by experts.

Authenticity checks are carried out by internal specialists and external experts; however, they do not constitute an official manufacturer certification.

As the products are pre-loved / vintage, the customer acknowledges that natural signs of wear, patina and age-related characteristics form part of the product’s identity and do not constitute defects.

Colour rendering may vary depending on screen settings, device type and lighting conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

Luksustasker.dk is not liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profit arising from purchases, deliveries, or use of products.

We also disclaim responsibility for minor variations in colour, texture, grain pattern, or patina caused by:

• device display settings

• photographic lighting

• natural material ageing

Such variations are considered normal and acceptable and do not affect authenticity or usability.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including gross negligence, wilful misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights.

12. Force Majeure

We accept no liability for failure or delay in fulfilling contractual obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• strikes

• war or terrorism

• natural disasters

• pandemics or epidemics

• fire or explosion

• governmental orders or restrictions

• breakdown of communication or logistics systems

In such events, contractual obligations are suspended for the duration of the disruption.

13. Copyright, Use of AI, and Brand Disclaimer

13.1 Copyright and Ownership

All original content published on Luksustasker.dk — including, but not limited to, product photos, written descriptions, logos, graphics, website structure and visual identity — is the exclusive property of Luksustasker.dk and is protected under Danish copyright law, EU copyright regulations and applicable international IP legislation.

Any copying, alteration, reproduction, distribution, publishing, resale, commercial usage or other exploitation of this content without prior written permission from Luksustasker.dk is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and claims for damages.

Elements owned by third parties (such as fonts, plugins, integrations, licensed media, or editorial resources) are used lawfully under valid licences. All rights to such materials remain with their respective holders.

13.2 Images, Use of AI, and Third-Party Content

This may include creative videos, transformations, avatars or model graphics created using AI-assisted tools.

Shipping is handled through Shipmondo (for GLS, PostNord, DAO, DHL, UPS FedEx and Bring).

All partners are carefully selected with a focus on data security, reliability, and confidentiality.

All data transfers occur via encrypted SSL/TLS connections, and we continuously update our security systems to prevent unauthorised access.

We never share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
