Payment Information

We use Frisbii / Reepay as our payment gateway.
Payments are processed through Clearhaus –
both certified acquirers authorised by the Danish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finanstilsynet).
PayPal payments (including buyer protection according to PayPal’s own terms) are processed directly by PayPal,
which operates as an independent certified payment provider.
Some payments are processed directly through our partners,
while others are handled via approved third-party providers.
All payments are processed through secure and certified systems such as
Frisbii (Clearhaus), MobilePay / Vipps, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and Anyday,
all of which comply with international security standards (PCI DSS)
and EU requirements (PSD2 and MitID two-factor authentication).
If you choose to pay via Klarna or Anyday, certain personal information
(e.g. contact and order details) is shared with the relevant provider
for the purpose of completing your payment and identifying you as a customer.

Security
All information is treated confidentially and stored securely.
We only share information with trusted partners (e.g. shipping carriers, payment providers)

Some deliveries are handled directly by our partners,
