Our priority is to ensure you feel confident throughout the entire delivery process.
Each order is handled with precision and care – focusing on safety, aesthetics, and attention to detail.
Reliable and Secure Delivery
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Aalborg, Denmark, within 24 hours on business days.
We work exclusively with trusted and recognized delivery partners to ensure that your parcel arrives safely and on time.
Every shipment is fully insured and trackable from dispatch to delivery.
Delivery Times
All shipments are fully insured throughout the entire delivery process and are always sent with tracking (Track & Trace).
You will automatically receive a tracking link via e-mail and/or SMS, and you can follow your parcel via the courier’s official website or app (GLS, PostNord, DAO, DHL, UPS, FedEx and Bring).
Denmark (GLS, PostNord, DAO)
Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days.
You can choose delivery to a Parcel Shop or home delivery – whichever suits you best.
EU Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
All EU orders are shipped as Express from Denmark with direct delivery to your door.
Tracking updates in real time via the courier’s official tracking services.
International Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)
Delivery time: 1–5 business days (depending on destination and customs processing).
All international shipments are sent as Express, fully insured and trackable throughout the entire journey.
We include all required export documentation to help your order clear customs more quickly.
Any import duties and taxes outside the EU are payable by the recipient.
Delivery Options
- Denmark: Home delivery or parcel shop delivery via GLS, PostNord, or DAO.
- EU / International: Delivery throughout the EU and worldwide via DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring.
- For security reasons, deliveries cannot be made to PO boxes.
- Valid photo ID may be required upon collection at a parcel shop.
Address and Changes
Please ensure that your delivery address is entered correctly when placing your order.
Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, the address cannot normally be changed.
If incorrect address details were provided, an additional shipping fee may apply for reshipment.
Signature and Receipt
For high-value shipments, the carrier may require a signature or valid ID upon delivery.
Deliveries without confirmation of receipt are not permitted, as all shipments are fully insured.
Packaging and Protection
All orders are shipped in sturdy cardboard boxes and carefully wrapped in silk paper,
protecting the bag’s shape and surface from pressure or friction during transport.
Each shipment is packed by hand and inspected before dispatch to ensure
that your item arrives in the exact same condition as it left our showroom.
We use premium paper and cardboard materials, incorporating recyclable solutions wherever possible
to combine safety, aesthetics, and environmental responsibility.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates depend on the selected carrier, delivery method, and destination.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Deliveries to Greenland and the Faroe Islands are subject to separate shipping rates
and may take up to 10–15 business days.
Customs and Duties (Outside the EU)
Orders shipped outside the EU are sent without Danish VAT.
Local taxes, import duties, and customs fees are charged by the destination country
and are payable by the customer upon receipt (terms: DAP – Delivered At Place).
We include all necessary customs documents (CN22 or CN23) depending on parcel value and weight.
Any customs delays are beyond our control.
Insurance, Loss, and Damage
All parcels are fully insured from the moment they leave our warehouse
until they are delivered to the specified address or parcel shop.
As each item is unique and cannot be replaced, we offer a full refund
if a parcel is lost in transit.
In case of damage during delivery, we will cover the full value of the item
and handle the matter directly with the shipping carrier.
Our liability, however, can never exceed the purchase value of the item.
Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours
and include photos of both the packaging and the item.
We will assist you promptly to resolve the matter and ensure proper compensation through the carrier.
Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is delayed or lost, we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Such cases typically take 5–10 business days to resolve, depending on carrier and destination.
Since our items are unique, a refund will be issued instead of a replacement if the parcel cannot be recovered.
Unclaimed Parcels and Delivery Errors
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s deadline, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
Additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address or refusal of receipt,
the carrier may charge a return or reshipping fee.
Combined or Partial Shipments
All items within the same order are usually shipped together, unless otherwise agreed.
Partial delivery may be arranged upon request, and any additional costs will be communicated in advance.
Direct and Partner-Based Delivery
Some shipments are handled directly through our delivery partners,
while others are managed via approved logistics intermediaries.
This approach ensures flexibility, reliability, and full transparency throughout the delivery process.
Showroom Collection
You are welcome to collect your order from our showroom in Aalborg.
Simply select “Afhentning” (Collection) at checkout, and we will contact you to schedule an appointment.
