During the check, we analyse up to 30 specific details, including materials, stitching, serial numbers, stamps, embossed logos, hardware, lining, zippers and much more.

How do you check authenticity in practice?

At luksustasker.dk, we conduct a thorough and professional assessment of each bag based on approximately 30 fixed criteria that cover both aesthetics, function and authenticity.
This ensures that you as a customer can safely assess whether the bag matches your expectations for both style, condition and investment – and make your choice with peace of mind.
Each bag is carefully examined – both outside and inside – with a focus on materials, stitching, hardware, logos, serial number, lining, closures and original details, if included.
Based on this assessment, the bags are placed in one of four categories:

Can I send a gift card as a gift?

Yes, you can – and we can even send it directly to the recipient for you.
If you want the gift card to be sent physically as a gift, we will wrap it beautifully and send it directly to the recipient’s address.
Simply write in the comments field when ordering that it is a gift, and provide the recipient’s name, address and any desired delivery date – and we will take care of the rest.
You also have the option to add a personal greeting – write your message in the comments field and we will enclose it in the gift package.
Of course, neither the price nor a physical receipt is included in the package – the receipt is only sent to the email provided when ordering.
Wrapping and shipping are included in the price when you choose a physical gift card.

All shipments are fully insured throughout the entire delivery process and are always sent with tracking (Track & Trace).
You will automatically receive a tracking link via e-mail and/or SMS, and you can follow your parcel at any time via the courier’s official website or official app (GLS, PostNord, DAO, DHL, UPS, FedEx and Bring).
Denmark (GLS, PostNord, DAO)
Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days.
You can choose either delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery, depending on what suits you best.
EU Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)
Delivery time: 1–3 business days.
All EU orders are shipped as Express delivery from Denmark, with direct delivery to your door.
Tracking updates in real time via the courier’s official tracking services.
International Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)
Delivery time: 1–5 business days (depending on country and customs processing).
All international shipments are sent via Express, are fully insured, and fully trackable throughout their journey.
We include all necessary export documentation to help your order move through customs more quickly.
Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Yes, every shipment from Luksustasker.dk is fully insured throughout the entire delivery journey – from the moment it leaves our warehouse in Aalborg until it is safely delivered to you. Your purchase is protected at every stage. All orders are securely and carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.
We ship exclusively with trusted and established carriers:

EU & International Express: DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring

Simply select pickup as the delivery method at checkout and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time. Your order will be packed as usual and will be ready for you to pick up.

Where is your showroom located?

Our showroom is centrally located in Aalborg:

The showroom does not have fixed opening hours and does not operate as a drop-in store.
Visits can only be made by prior arrangement, so that we can offer a calm, undisturbed and personal experience – with plenty of time set aside just for you.
A visit typically lasts 20–30 minutes and gives you the opportunity to:
• see the bags up close
• feel the materials and assess the condition
• ask questions and get personal advice on both style and authenticity
• pick up an order, if you have selected “pick up” at checkout

There is a parking garage right next to the showroom – Q-Park Havnemøllen, which is located next to the Meny supermarket.
Here, 1 hour of free parking is offered for customers (on level -1).

Do you offer returns? How do I return a bag?

Yes, you always have a 14-day return period, counted from the day you receive the bag.
We handle your return with the same care as when we dispatch your bag — and we are here for you every step of the way.
How to return an item
• The bag must be in the same condition as when you received it
• Trying the bag on is allowed – actual use is not
• The bag must not show signs of wear, perfume, smoke or any other foreign odours
• The certificate of authenticity must be returned
• Any accessories that originally came with the bag must also be returned – this is always clearly stated in the product description
• All returns must be agreed in advance by contacting: info@luksustasker.dk
• We recommend using tracked and insured shipping
• The bag should be sent in its original packaging or equivalent secure packaging
• Always keep the receipt for the return shipment until you receive our confirmation
Once you have notified us of the return, you have up to 14 days to send the bag back.
The return address will be provided once you contact us.
Responsibility for return shipping
The customer is responsible for the return shipment until we have received the package.
For this reason, we always recommend sending returns with both tracking and insurance.
Refunds
Once we have received and approved the bag, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.
Refunds are issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days, and up to 7 business days during busy periods (e.g. around Christmas).

1. Choose your bag
Find the bag you want to give as a gift and add it to your basket.
2. You can write “gift wrapping” in the order comments at checkout.
The bag is carefully wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a box and then wrapped in gift wrapping with a beautiful silk ribbon, so that the recipient gets a complete and elegant gift experience – without visible labels or invoices.
When you choose gift wrapping, we do not include a physical receipt in the package.
The receipt is instead sent to the email address provided when ordering.
3. Delivery and presentation
Whether the bag is for yourself or as a gift, we always pack with care.
All bags are delivered in sturdy, reusable boxes and are protected throughout transport.
Standard wrapping with tissue paper is included in the price.

Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?

Yes, you can have the bag sent directly to the recipient.
If you want the gift to be delivered to another person, simply enter the recipient’s name and address as delivery information at checkout.
You can write “gift wrapping” in the order comments at checkout. We will wrap the bag beautifully and discreetly – in tissue paper, box and gift paper with ribbon – without visible labels, prices or a physical receipt in the package.
The receipt will instead be sent to the email address provided when ordering.
The bag will be delivered in a solid and presentable box, which is suitable for gift delivery – also directly to the recipient.
Remember: Please write in the comments box that it is a gift for someone else, so that we pay extra attention to presentation and discretion.

How does the process work?

1. You send us pictures and a short description of the bag (including model, condition and any accessories)
2. We assess authenticity, condition and resale potential
3. You receive a non-binding offer within 1–2 business days
4. Upon acceptance, we arrange pickup with a carrier or personal delivery to the showroom in Aalborg
5. Payment is made quickly via bank transfer or MobilePay – the same day the bag is received and approved
When we receive the bag, we immediately confirm it by email and start the final review.
We assess bags individually – even vintage models with natural signs of wear can be relevant, as long as the bag is genuine and in reasonable condition.
You are not obligated to anything. If you decline the offer and the bag has already been sent, we will of course return it at no cost to you.
