All inquiries regarding purchases, returns, or complaints must be submitted in writing via e-mail.

We respond to inquiries on weekdays between 09:00 and 17:00.

Messages received on weekends or public holidays will be answered on the next working day.

1.1 Contract Basis and Age Requirement

To make a purchase on Luksustasker.dk, you must be at least 18 years old.

All purchase agreements are concluded in Danish (or English, if you are using the English version of the website).

The agreement is considered final once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

1.2 Unique Character and Condition of Goods

Each Louis Vuitton and Mulberry bag presented on Luksustasker.dk is a unique pre-loved product, available only in a single item.

Once a bag has been sold, it becomes part of a new story and cannot be reordered.

Because each product is individual, minor variations in condition or appearance may occur.

Condition Classification:

• Almost like new

Hardly used and appears as new.

• Excellent condition

Lightly used but very well maintained.

• Beautiful and well-maintained

Shows natural, gentle signs of use yet remains both beautiful and fully functional.

• Used with care

Noticeable but expected signs of wear. Well cared for, with no damage or defects.

We value honesty and transparency – therefore, every bag is displayed with detailed descriptions and high-resolution images.

Any patina, wear, or minor imperfections are always disclosed so that you can shop with confidence and trust.

Gift cards (digital or physical) are not subject to the “unique product” rule and may be purchased at any time.

If a unique item is sold simultaneously online and in the showroom, the order will be cancelled, and the full amount refunded.

1.3 Inventory Updates

Our inventory is updated continuously.

If an item sells out while you are completing your purchase, it may be automatically removed from your cart.

2. Disclaimer for Errors, Misuse, and Technical Issues

We reserve the right to correct typing errors, pricing inaccuracies, description mistakes, image inconsistencies, or technical faults on the website.

If there is any suspicion of misuse, fraud, or unauthorised transactions, we reserve the right to cancel the order and contact the payment provider.

If an error is discovered after you have placed an order (for example, in price or stock status), we will contact you immediately for confirmation or a full refund.

Nevertheless, we always strive to ensure that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

3. Prices

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT and applicable taxes.

Prices shown in other currencies are for reference only.

Payment is always processed in DKK, at the current exchange rate set by the payment provider.

We reserve the right to change prices and product ranges without prior notice.

All offers are subject to errors, sold-out items, and updates.

For international purchases, your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees and/or card-usage charges.

4. Payment

We currently accept the following payment methods:

• PayPal (incl. buyer protection according to PayPal’s own policy)

• Klarna – pay now, pay later or pay in instalments (see Klarna’s terms, interest & fees)

• Bank transfer (upon agreement)

• Business invoice payments (upon agreement)

All payments are processed securely via our payment gateway Frisbii / Reepay, in collaboration with authorised acquirers Clearhaus.

We never store your payment card details.

Transactions are protected using SSL encryption, 3D Secure, PSD2 compliance and MitID two-factor authentication.

Your account will only be charged once the order has been packed and dispatched.

When using Klarna or Anyday, you enter a separate financial agreement with the provider, who may conduct a credit assessment.

Once your purchase has been completed, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail.

5. Delivery

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Aalborg within 24 hours on business days.

5.1 Delivery Times

All shipments are fully insured during transport and always include tracking (Track & Trace).

You will automatically receive a tracking link by email and/or SMS, and you can track your parcel at any time on the carrier’s official website or in their official app (GLS, PostNord, DAO, DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring).

Delivery time: typically 1–3 working days.

You can choose either delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery, depending on what suits you best.

EU Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)

Delivery time: typically 1–3 working days.

All EU shipments are sent as Express and prioritised throughout the entire delivery process.

Delivered directly to the recipient’s door.

You can track your parcel via the carrier’s official tracking service.

International Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)

Delivery time: typically 1–5 working days (depending on destination and customs clearance).

All international shipments are sent as Express and prioritised at every stage.

We prepare all required export documents to ensure smoother and faster customs processing.

Any import duties and taxes outside the EU are paid by the recipient.

Tracking is available via the carrier’s official website or app.

5.2 Shipping and Insurance

All items within the same order are shipped together, unless otherwise agreed.

All shipments include Track & Trace and are fully insured until delivered.

In the event of damage or loss, we cover the full amount and contact the carrier on your behalf.

5.3 Customs and Duties (Outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU are sent without Danish VAT.

We include all required customs documentation (CN22 or CN23), depending on the value and weight of the parcel.

Local taxes, import VAT, and customs duties are charged by the destination country and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

Luksustasker.dk is not responsible for any local taxes or import duties imposed by the destination country.

Any delays caused by customs authorities are beyond our control.

We do not refund customs or import charges for returns from non-EU countries.

5.4 Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s deadline and returned to us, the customer covers the cost of reshipping.

The order is considered delivered once the carrier has registered delivery to the specified address.

You may collect your order in person from our showroom in Aalborg by prior arrangement.

7. Gift Cards

We offer both digital and physical gift cards.

Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase and may be used towards the purchase of pre-loved items available at Luksustasker.dk, both online and in the showroom.

Gift cards may be redeemed:

• against the full or partial value of purchases

• including discounted or promotional items

If the full value is not used in a single order, the remaining balance is retained automatically for future use.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.

Gift cards purchased as gifts are subject to the same terms and conditions.

8. Right of Withdrawal (14 + 14 Days)

You have 14 days to notify us of your intention to withdraw (cancel) your purchase, followed by an additional 14 days to return the item.

The withdrawal period begins on the day that you, or a person authorised by you (other than the carrier), physically takes possession of the item.

8.1 Return Conditions

To qualify for a valid return, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned in the same condition as received

• If the item shows usage beyond normal inspection, a reasonable deduction may be applied to cover the loss in resale value

• All original accessories (e.g. dust bag, receipt, authenticity card, documentation) must be included

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs

• Returns must be notified in writing via e-mail before shipping

• Cash-on-delivery (COD) returns will not be accepted

If depreciation has occurred as a result of inappropriate use, we reserve the right to deduct a fair amount corresponding to the loss in commercial value.

8.2 Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Items that have been used, altered, or treated.

• Items missing essential accessories or documentation.

• Gift cards.

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are issued within 5 business days after the return has been approved

(up to 7 days during busy periods).

The amount is refunded using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

For partial returns, only the value of the returned items will be refunded.

Customs duties and import taxes from non-EU orders are non-refundable.

We may withhold the refund until we have either received the returned item

or received documentation of its shipment (track & trace), whichever occurs first.

9. Warranty (2 Years)

All purchases are covered by a 2-year warranty in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).

The customer must report any defect within a reasonable time after it has been discovered.

Complaints submitted within 2 months are always considered timely.

The warranty does not cover normal wear, patina, or signs of use.

In the case of a legitimate complaint, we cover reasonable shipping costs

and will offer repair, replacement, a price reduction, or a refund depending on the situation.

The right to claim under the warranty does not apply if the item has been altered, treated, or repaired by anyone other than Luksustasker.dk without our written consent.

10. Pre-Loved Items and Authenticity

All bags are authentic and verified by experts.

As the items are pre-loved/vintage, the customer acknowledges that natural signs of use are part of the product’s character and are not considered defects.

Colour representation may vary depending on screen settings.

11. Limitation of Liability

Luksustasker.dk cannot be held liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, or loss of profit arising in connection with the purchase, delivery, or use of our products.

We further disclaim liability for minor variations in colour, texture, or patina that may occur due to individual screen settings, lighting during photography, or the natural ageing of materials.

Such variations are considered normal and do not affect the item’s authenticity or functionality.

The above limitations of liability do not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded, including in cases of intent, gross negligence, or in relation to the consumer’s mandatory rights under the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven).

12. Force Majeure

We accept no responsibility for failure or delay in fulfilling our obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, such as (but not limited to):

strikes, wars, acts of terrorism, fire, pandemics, natural disasters, or governmental orders.

In such cases, our obligations will be suspended until the situation can reasonably be resolved.

13. Copyright, Use of AI, and Brand Disclaimer

All original content on Luksustasker.dk – including, but not limited to, product images, texts, logos, graphics, structure, and design – is the property of Luksustasker.dk and protected by copyright law and applicable EU legislation.

Any third-party elements (such as fonts, plug-ins, integrations, or media content) are used lawfully under valid licenses.
