The Mulberry Large Del Rey comes in the beautiful Petrol colourway, crafted from Vegetable Tanned Lambskin and finished with polished gold-tone hardware.
The Del Rey is one of Mulberry’s most distinctive designs from the 2010s and was originally created and named after Lana Del Rey. The style combines a classic, elegant handbag silhouette with Mulberry’s signature design details and a spacious, practical format.
Petrol is a particularly beautiful and distinctive shade with deep blue-green tones. The colour subtly shifts depending on the light, ranging from dark blue to green and giving the bag exceptional depth of colour. Paired with the polished gold-tone hardware, it creates a sophisticated and luxurious look.
The bag is crafted from Vegetable Tanned Lambskin – a soft and supple leather with a rich, naturally textured surface that gives the bag its distinctive character.
The front features Mulberry’s iconic oval Postman’s Lock with the signature Tree logo. Beneath the front flap is a spacious and practical exterior pocket, providing easy access to smaller essentials.
The main compartment fastens separately with a zip and opens wide for easy access to the spacious interior. Inside, the bag is lined with dark Mulberry logo fabric and features two additional pockets – one open pocket and one zipped pocket.

The bag is in beautiful, well-maintained condition.
The Petrol Vegetable Tanned Lambskin is soft, supple and well preserved, retaining its distinctive natural texture and rich colour. The blue-green tones remain vibrant and vary beautifully depending on the light.
The corners, edges and base are exceptionally well preserved, showing only minimal and almost imperceptible signs of careful use. The bag has also retained its shape and structure beautifully.
Both leather handles are neat and well maintained, with intact edges and stitching.
The polished gold-tone hardware is in exceptionally good condition and generally appears close to new. The Postman’s Lock shows a few fine surface marks from careful use, while the remaining hardware is very well preserved.
The interior is clean, neat and well maintained. The Mulberry logo lining, open pocket and zipped pocket are all clean and in very good condition.
Overall, this is an exceptionally well-preserved example of the Mulberry Large Del Rey in the distinctive Petrol colourway.
