How can I be sure of authenticity?

At Luksustasker.dk, authenticity is the foundation of everything we do. All bags undergo a professional verification process during which more than 30 authentication criteria are examined, including leather quality, stitching, logos, serial numbers, hardware and lining. Every bag is supplied with a physical certificate of authenticity, allowing you to shop with complete confidence.

What is the condition of the bag?

Each bag is professionally assessed based on approximately 30 fixed criteria and placed into one of four condition categories:

  1. Nearly like new – appears barely used
  2. Excellent condition – light signs of wear, yet very well maintained
  3. Beautiful and well-kept – natural signs of loving use, still beautiful and fully functional
  4. Used with care – noticeable but expected signs of wear; well-maintained with no damage or defects

We prioritise honesty and transparency, which is why all bags are presented with detailed descriptions and high-resolution images. We always mention patina, wear or minor imperfections, so you can shop safely and with confidence.

What is included with the bag?

All of our bags are supplied with a physical certificate of authenticity documenting the thorough verification carried out by our experts. If the bag includes original accessories such as a dust bag, receipt or similar items, this will always be clearly stated in the product description.

All included accessories are clearly listed, so you always know exactly what is included. We never use stock images — only photographs of the exact bag and accessories you are purchasing.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We dispatch all orders within 24 hours on weekdays.

All shipments are fully insured throughout the entire delivery process and are always sent with tracking (Track & Trace).

You will automatically receive a tracking link via e-mail and/or SMS, and you can follow your parcel at any time via the courier’s official website or official app (GLS, PostNord, DAO, DHL, UPS, FedEx and Bring).

Denmark (GLS, PostNord, DAO)

Delivery time: typically 1–3 business days.

You can choose either delivery to a parcel shop or home delivery, depending on what suits you best.

EU Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)

Delivery time: 1–3 business days.

All EU orders are shipped as Express delivery from Denmark, with direct delivery to your door.

Tracking updates in real time via the courier’s official tracking services.

International Express (DHL, UPS, FedEx, Bring)

Delivery time: 1–5 business days (depending on country and customs processing).

All international shipments are sent via Express, are fully insured, and fully trackable throughout their journey.

We include all necessary export documentation to help your order move through customs more quickly.

Any import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the recipient.

Can I return my purchase if I change my mind?

Yes, you always have a full 14-day right of return from the day you receive the bag. The bag must be returned in the same condition and with all included accessories. We recommend using a trackable and insured return shipment.

We process returns with the same level of care as delivery and refund the amount no later than 5 business days after an approved return.

Can I view the bag in person before purchasing?

Yes, you can visit our showroom in Aalborg by appointment. We always allocate sufficient time for you, so you can experience the bag in a calm and personal atmosphere.

There are convenient parking facilities directly next to the showroom at Q-Park Havnemøllen (1-hour free parking for customers).

Which payment options do you offer?

At Luksustasker.dk, you can pay safely and flexibly with:

Do you also buy bags from private sellers?

Yes, we purchase selected bags from Mulberry and Louis Vuitton. Simply send us photos, model name and condition — and, if available, receipt or dust bag — and we will get back to you promptly with a non-binding offer.

There is no obligation — the assessment is free and completely non-committal. We always conduct a thorough authenticity check and ensure a secure and professional process from start to finish.
